Uniquely Authentic You

This is a resource packet designed to help individuals explore their idiosyncrasies and embrace their uniqueness. It encourages one to find those things which they like and are passionate about and to take the step of being courageous about it and to explore it fully for their own satisfaction and joy; a step towards their happiness. For me it was telling my story through walking, my favorite pastime, and capturing moments of pleasure; and being bold enough to explore my photography; which is my area of inability. It provides a template for taking this pathway. It helps one answer the questions:
